Having 8 years of academic experience teaching branch specific Engineering Physics.I have also involved in the assisting the affiliation process, extra-curricular activities at department and college level.
I worked on the thermoelectric and High field transport properties of semiconductor Nano structures such as Bilayer graphene, Silicene, Cd3As2, MoS2. I have published twelve research articles in peer-reviewed journals. My post Ph.D. publications include collaborations with international universities namely, Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, and Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel.
I received Dr. D C Pavate Memorial Visiting fellowship to the University of Cambridge in the year 2016 and worked as a Visiting Fellow at Sidney Sussex College and with Prof. CJB Ford, in the semiconductor physics division of Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge, UK. I also served as a reviewer of innovative ideas received under the INSPIRE Awards-MANAK, National Innovative Foundation, Autonomous body of DST, Govt. of India.

administrator at different eminent Institutions in India and UAE, I take pride in myself and my
work, and get significant fulfillment from doing a task well. With my previous experience, I am
adept in curriculum selection, faculty development, record administration, examination
control and enhancement and development of marketing strategies. My particular
proficiencies incorporate sound comprehension of subject aptitude, taking a stab at
perfection, capacity to learn, lead and exceed expectations, and solid interpersonal abilities.
Moreover, my on the job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set that included

With a publication of over 36 papers in reputed journal and conferences of repute, my
research is in the area of material science with main focus on cenosphere composites and
evaluation of their mechanical properties by use of various standardized experimental
procedures. My work reflects interplay of rigorous theory with the complexity of real life
phenomena. I have been fortunate to be part of several interdisciplinary projects and gained
valuable research experience working with colleagues from materials science, mechanical
engineering and manufacturing concepts. I have served as a faculty and researcher in the
department of mechanical engineering at various institutions and during this period I have
worked in several projects, one of these projects being “Development and characterization of
metal coated cenosphere composites”, a sponsored project from AICTE- RPS for Rs. 18.01
lakhs. In addition to this, I have also filed a provisional Indian patent in the field of material
science in the year 2008-2009. This patent was on replacement of traditional foundry sand with
a material branded as an environmental waste.
